Solar Future Return Policy
1. General
- This Return Policy is part of our main Terms and Conditions. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
- This policy covers returns for items purchased directly from Solar Future through our online selling platform.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- You may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is delivered with a manufacturing defect, damaged during delivery, or is not as described on our website.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If the product delivered is not the one you ordered.
- Online Order Cancellation: As per Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) regulations, you may be entitled to a cooling-off period for online transactions and can cancel a confirmed order within a specified time frame, if applicable.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are typically exempt from being returned:
- Any custom orders or specially configured systems.
- Any product that has been used, modified, or damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse by the customer.
- Items not in their original, unopened packaging.
- Items missing any original components or accessories.
3. Return Process
- Time Limit: You must notify us of your intent to return a product within seven (7) days of delivery. For damaged goods, notification must be made immediately, with photographic evidence.
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team via email or phone. You can find our contact details in the footer of our website. You must provide:
- Your order number.
- Your contact information.
- The reason for the return.
- Any relevant photos or evidence of damage.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the return is approved.

- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all components and documentation included.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for high-value items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds

- Refund Method: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
- Shipping Costs:
- Initial Shipping: The initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or wrong item).

5. Warranty Claims
- Our return policy is separate from the product’s warranty. For a valid warranty claim on a faulty item, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.
- Most solar components come with a manufacturer’s warranty, and we will assist you in claiming it. Please be aware that the manufacturer’s warranty typically covers manufacturing defects and performance over the product’s lifespan, not user-inflicted damage.
